I had a major service & was still expected to pay £50 for the vehicle check. Even though most items checked in the VCS are already included in the major service. The tyres, seatbelts etc were checked in MOT. I paid £50 for a light to be switched off

Unfortunately the piece of trim that was fitted failed so the car has to go back. As a warranty issue it is to be a full day appointment. I have a courtesy car booked but it would have been better not to have this issue

Very friendly, helpful staff. Great to receive the video on the vehicle inspection. Only downside was the mini connect app which had the time incorrect. Not a Partridge error, but they were extremely helpful in overcoming this problem
